At Lavender Corner, we are dedicated to providing quality counseling that is inclusive of all individuals and their relationships.  The therapists at Lavender Corner are graduate students at CSU in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program and are dedicated to empowering families, couples, and individuals to strengthen their relationships, resolve troubling issues, and achieve personal well being.  We serve students and community members and therapists work with families, couples, individuals, adolescents, and children. Counseling is available for a wide variety of issues, including: life transitions, coming-out, extended family relationships, grief and loss, parenting children and adolescents, divorce, remarriage and building step-families, stress management, and couple and relationship enhancement. Join us on October 11th as we celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Lambda Community Center and National Coming Out Day at the historic Northern Hotel in downtown Fort Collins.  The planning committee is pulling out all the stops to make this a glittering celebration!  The event will feature guest speakers and entertainment, an open bar and a selection of aphrodisiac hors d’ouvres, all presented under the magnificent stained glass ceiling in the restored lobby of the Northern.  Tickets are $25 each and those who attend are asked to dress to impress.  Festivities will start at 7:00 pm.  Tickets will be available on-line or at the Center. 
An after party will follow at Choice City Shots with a guest DJ and drink specials.  There will be no cover charge for those with Anniversary Party tickets.

Lambda Community Center is Hiring!

1) The Lambda Community Center is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Executive Director with the commitment, persistence and energy to take Lambda Community Center to the next level.  The Executive Director will oversee finances, conduct fundraising and marketing, perform administration and human resource management and assist in program development and evaluation.
